Baked Salmon Loaf

Ingredients:
- 2 Pounds
Salmon, deboned,
chopped, raw
- 2 Cups
Crackers,
crumbs
- ½
Cup Onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp.
Butter,
soft
- ½
Tsp. salt
- ½ Cup milk
- 2 Eggs slightly beaten
- 1 Pinch of
Sage
- ½ Tsp.
Lemon
Juice
- ¼
Tsp Dill Weed

Directions:
- 1.
Preheat Oven at 350’
- 2. In a
bowl, combine salmon, crackers, onion, butter,salt,
sage, dill weed, lemon juice.
- 3. In
another bowl combine milk and egg
- 4. Add to
salmon mixture and mix thoroughly.
- 5. Press
mixture into a small cake pan or loaf pan.
- 6. Bake at
350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
- 7. Serve
with Wild Rice or Buttered Noodles.
- 8. Serves 5
