Savory Silver Salmon

Ingredients:
- 1
Whole Fresh Salmon
- 2
Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2
Tsp garlic
powder
- 1/2
Tsp onion
powder
- 1/2
Tsp salt
- Pinch
of ground Sage
- 1
Sliced Lemon
- Fresh
Parsley
- Aluminum
Foil
- Cookie
Sheet

Directions:
- 1. Preheat
Oven to 350'F
- 2. Line
Cookie sheet with aluminum foil
- 3. Clean
and Fillet Salmon
- 4. Leave
the skin on the fish, to prevent drying out in
the oven
- 5. Place
on lined cookie sheet
- 6. Sprinkle
Lemon Juice on top of Fillets
- 7. Sprinkle
onion and garlic powder, salt, ground sage over Fillets
- 8. Cover
with aluminum foil
- 9. Bake
for approx. 30 minutes or until salmon flakes with fork
- 10. Remove
from oven, let rest for 5 minutes
- 11. Remove
skin and slice
- 12. Place
slices on
platter with decorative lemon slices and parsley
