Cranberry Sourdough Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 2
cups of Sourdough Starter
- 2
cups of flour
- 1
cup of water
- 2
large eggs
- 1
Tbls. olive oil
- 1
tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2
tsp. salt
- 1
tsp. baking soda
- 1
cup of fresh cranberries
- Butter
- Pancake
Syrup of your choice
Directions:
- In
large bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add
sourdough starter, olive oil, eggs, and water, stir until smooth.
- Add
cranberries mix thoroughly into batter.
- Pour batter
into pancake size into hot oiled skillet.
- Cook
until you see tiny bubbles all over the pancake then flip and cook the
other side.
- Serve
topped with butter or margarine and syrup
- Serves

I
am not crazy about pancake syrup and use it very seldom, one of my
favorite toppings for pancakes is unsweetened applesauce. The touch of
tartness goes perfectly with cranberries.
